Application and performance features of the inductive contact
  • Limit value switches with inductive contacts can only be used in combination with switching amplifiers and can supply up to 4 independent switching signals simultaneously. The switching amplifier supplies the switching signal as a binary output signal.

  • Possible switching states: normally open or normally closed contact

  • The switching points are set using red limit value pointers via an adjustment lock in the center of the instrument glass.

  • Inductive contacts must be supplied with power externally

  • Inductive contacts have a long service life as the switching process is contactless.

  • Precise switching point: 0.5% of the full scale value.

  • Suitable for industrial use, especially for vibration-damped oil-filled dial gauges

  • Approved for use in hazardous explosive atmospheres (ATEX type examination)
