Application and performance features of the diaphragm seal

• Open flange connection with a measuring opening in nominal width
  50mm, suitable for highly viscous, viscous, contaminated, solid-containing or crystallizing media
• To protect pressure gauges from excessively hot or aggressive media
• For remote measurements without external energy, a capillary of up to 5 m can be installed between the diaphragm seal and the indicator. Height differences between the diaphragm seal and the indicator must be taken into account when constructing the measuring system
• Minimum measuring range 0.6 bar (NG100); maximum nominal pressure (PN) of 40 bar, optionally 100 bar
• The factory-assembled, adjusted and calibrated measuring system consists of the diaphragm seal and, depending on customer requirements, a pressure gauge, pressure transmitter or other pressure measuring device
• Modular design with 3 parts: the upper part (with measuring device connection and welded-in diaphragm), the lower part (with process connection) and the retaining flange (to screw the upper and lower parts together)
• Optionally, the 3 parts can be combined in different materials
