• Banks for the processing of payment transactions

• Legal representative in the business case

• Competent administrative authorities, in particular tax authorities

• Debt collection agency in the event of non-payment

Duration of data storage

Until the termination of the business relationship or until the expiry of the guarantee, warranty, limitation and statutory retention periods applicable to the client; in addition, until the termination of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence.

However, JAKO must be able to reasonably be expected to delete your data.

Right of information and revocation

You can obtain information about your data stored by us free of charge at any time without giving reasons. You can block, correct or delete the data we have collected from you at any time. You can also revoke your consent to the collection and use of your data at any time without giving reasons.
